The Company will be holding its Annual General Meeting on Sunday 7th December 2025 at 5.00pm in the Boathouse Venue to which all Members are encouraged to attend.
In addition to the usual formalities, the Chair will give a report on the achievements and challenges that the year has brought to protect and maintain the Bittell Reservoir Estate for the future.
It is only by attending this meeting that you have the opportunity to ask any questions or present ideas for the Board to consider and take forward. So it is in everyone’s interest that you attend.
The Member’s bar will be open both prior and post the meeting, and on conclusion of the official business, the results of the Annual Photographic competition will be announced and prizes awarded.
